• What we collect: the email address you use to sign up and sign in; the display name you choose to give; your watch history, favourites and theme colour; answers you submit in surveys; and anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and language.
• How it is used: only to provide sign-in and account features, sync your records across devices, improve the website, and, with your consent, send updates about new work.
• Storage and confidentiality: user data is held in a cloud database provided by Supabase, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including backups (AES-256). Only the site administrator can access it. Supabase processes data under its privacy policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
• New work updates: you can choose whether to receive them when you sign up, and turn them off at any time on your page. These emails are only about new works, screenings and events.
• Local storage: your browser stores settings such as language, theme colour and watch history. If you are not signed in, history and favourites stay on this device only and are cleared after 24 hours.
• Your rights: you can edit your details or turn off updates on your page at any time. To access, correct or delete your account and related data, email blackfishstudio@yeah.net.

5. Third-party services

Some videos are embedded from Bilibili or YouTube, some music links to NetEase Cloud Music, and video and audio files are stored on Tencent Cloud. When you use this content, those services' own privacy policies apply.

6. Terms of use

• Account: you sign up with an email address, one account per address, with no password. Sign-in codes are for your use only; do not forward them.
• Features: the account is used for favourites, watch history, syncing across devices, surveys and new work updates. It is free.
• Acceptable use: do not download, record or distribute the works on this website, access it in bulk by automated means, try to reach unpublished content, or interfere with its operation.
• Closing an account: you can ask by email to close your account at any time; the account and its data will be deleted. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.
